The ReModena truffle dressing is the result of a wonderful combination of balsamic vinegar aged in oak barrels and truffle.

Characteristics

To the eye it is dense and dark brown in color. To the nose a captivating sweet and very pleasant truffle scent. To the taste a full-bodied round taste with that slight degree of acidity that gives lightness and cleanliness.

Ingredients

cooked must, wine vinegar, Modena PGI balsamic vinegar and truffle.

Meat, eggs, cheese and potatoes.
